My room was a GREAT size! The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! Service was really accommodating. friendly too. Breakfast on the rooftop had an AMAZING view.

I found the carpets worn out. The hotel infrastructure felt tired. The opening times for the rooftop bar were strange. I had to search for a waiter to get a drink. Drinks were pricey in the hotel.

the location proved convenient. it was close to the termini train station. the rooftop was a great place for breakfast and dinner. the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

the room i had was dusty. there were no tissues provided. some furniture was broken. light switches didn't work well.
